Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the okbej website at okbej.net, creating a player account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or participating in any game or promotional offer, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and any other persons who interact with the okbej platform in any capacity.

okbej reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Eligibility and Age Restriction

okbej reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any point during your use of the platform. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe will result in account suspension pending resolution. All verification documents are handled securely and in accordance with the okbej Privacy Policy.

Account Registration and Verification

To access the full range of okbej features — including deposits, withdrawals, live casino games, and sports betting — you must register a player account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address or mobile number.

Account Security Responsibilities

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your okbej account. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. okbej will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain reasonable security of your login details. Deposits and Withdrawals

• okbej reserves the right to request evidence that a deposit was made from an account owned by the registered player before processing any related withdrawal.

Withdrawal Terms

• The minimum withdrawal on okbej is ৳500. There is no maximum single withdrawal limit, though large withdrawals may be subject to additional identity verification steps.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the deposit wherever technically possible, in order to comply with anti-money laundering requirements.
• Standard withdrawal requests to bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are processed within minutes during standard operating hours. Processing times may be longer outside standard hours or during periods of high volume.
• okbej does not charge withdrawal fees on standard cashout requests. Any fees applied by your mobile wallet or bank are the responsibility of the player.
• Withdrawals may be delayed or declined if: (a) your account KYC verification is incomplete; (b) a bonus wagering requirement has not been met; (c) a compliance review is in progress; or (d) there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity or money laundering.

General Bonus Rules

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The wagering requirement specifies how many times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be bet before a withdrawal can be made. Specific wagering requirements for each offer are stated clearly in the offer terms.
• Bonuses can only be claimed by players who have completed identity verification. Unverified accounts are not eligible to receive or wager bonus funds.
• Bonuses are issued in BDT and credited to a separate bonus wallet within your okbej account. Bonus funds may not be withdrawn directly — they must be converted to real funds by meeting the stated wagering requirement.

Betting and Gaming Rules

All sports betting and casino gaming activity on okbej is governed by the specific rules applicable to each product. The following general rules apply across all okbej products:

Sports Betting

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is placed. Once confirmed, a bet cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed by the player.
• okbej reserves the right to void bets placed on events where the odds were clearly incorrect due to a technical error or data feed issue. In such cases, the original stake will be returned to the player's account.

User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct

As a registered player on okbej, you agree to use the platform solely for lawful, personal entertainment purposes. You must at all times act in good faith and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential reporting to relevant authorities:

• Fraudulent Activity: Using stolen payment details, fraudulent identity documents, or any other deceptive means to register, deposit, or claim bonuses on okbej.
• Bonus Abuse: Creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using automated tools to exploit promotional offers, or colluding with other players to manipulate bonus outcomes.
• Money Laundering: Using the okbej platform to process, layer, or integrate funds obtained through unlawful means. okbej is obligated to report suspicious transaction patterns to relevant authorities.
• Collusion and Match Fixing: Coordinating bets with other players, or placing bets on the basis of inside knowledge of match outcomes, constitutes a serious breach of these terms and may be a criminal offence.
• Use of Automated Tools: Deploying bots, scripts, or any automated systems to place bets, exploit game mechanics, or interact with the okbej platform in a way that gives an unfair advantage over other players or over the house.
• Chargebacks: Filing a payment dispute or chargeback with your bank or mobile wallet provider for deposits that were legitimately processed on okbej. Chargebacks are treated as fraud and will result in permanent account closure and recovery proceedings for the disputed amount.
• Account Sharing: Allowing any other person to access or operate your okbej account, whether for gaming, betting, or any other purpose.

okbej reserves the right to apply risk management measures including bet limits, withdrawal delays, and enhanced verification requirements to any account at its sole discretion, where there is a reasonable basis to suspect any of the above prohibited conduct.

Account Suspension and Closure

okbej reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice where there is reasonable cause to do so. Grounds for suspension or closure include, but are not limited to, the circumstances described in the User Obligations section above, as well as the following:

• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within a reasonable period of being requested to do so.
• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
• Discovery that a previously self-excluded player has registered a new account in violation of a self-exclusion agreement.
• Reasonable suspicion that the account is being operated in a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited.
• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.

Voluntary Account Closure

Before closing your account, okbej will confirm that there are no pending bets or bonus wagering obligations, and will process a final withdrawal of any remaining real-money balance to your registered payment method. Accounts closed at the player's request may be reopened by contacting support, subject to identity re-verification.

Self-Exclusion

okbej offers formal self-exclusion to any player who feels that their gambling activity is becoming a problem. Self-exclusion is available for periods of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 12 months, or permanently.
